Used the online appointment system, very easy to use, had a response within 10 minutes, followed by asking a few further questions. Which resulted in getting an appointment the same day, very impressed with the surgery for how they dealt with me from start to finish, also a big thank you to the doctor who provided a full examination and checks, he was very reassuring and I didn’t feel like I was wasting his time being there. Well done to you all at the surgery.

  2. Review titled Logging In.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have been using a computor at work and in private for over 30 years. I thought registration would be simple. When trying to register it was amazing how complicated and user unfriendly it is. There were questions about passphrase, ocd or practice id, account id or access id, registration letter and nhs login what on earth is going on? Not everyone works for nhs, why the jargon, how do you expect me to know about these without login on? I need some help logging on but the help is only available after I have logged on. There is no way of contacting a person to ask a simple question. As an example, I would like to have access to your services to book to see a doctor as it takes so long now to get an appiontment one might forget the date. I have been asked by a doctor to make an appiontment and when I phone to make one there arn't any slots, try phoning again at a later date. So I was told to wait until later and when I phoned later there were no slots, try again later. I am going to play the old person card. I am an old man of 67 who has just lost his wife and Son. I am not well and have very high blood pressure, I also have most of the symtoms of pancreatitis and the recomendation from the web is to see your doctor right away. But how can I if I cannot get an appointment to see a doctor at all. Someone responsible should be ashamed of the processes we have now as they are dangerous and self serving. And just for good measure this review page has refused to accept my post as there are capital letters in it, so I have re-written it. Thank you sharing a morning in hell.

  3. Review titled Fabulous response to suggestion

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Lynne Taylor - Posted on 20 January 2023

Recently I noticed a fellow patient with mobility issues struggling to get out of a chair. I wrote a quick note suggesting that a couple of higher chairs with good arms to be placed in the waiting room would be helpful. I was thrilled when, less than a month later, I received a call telling me they have put two chairs in the waiting room to meet this need. Thank you for this prompt and kind response to my suggestion. Great service as always!
