I loved my Dr surgery at totton center but since they were taken over by new horizons it stressfull trying to see my own Dr. Due to my physical and mental health issues I prefer to see my own Dr but have only managed to see her once in the last two and a half years... I know that my Dr has my best intrests at heart she knows me and knows that im in a lot of pain and I feel safe with her. I don't want to take up my 5, mins slot explaining my medical history. By which time they are hurrying me out the door I thought having a larger combined surgery was ment to make more apps available but it's worse if anything. I have felt at times when I have managed to get an appointment that they know we are not part of new horizons so getting paperwork for xrays are terrible. In fact I never did get the x-ray paperwork but what did come through was clear but I still have the problem and have given up trying to see a Dr about were we go from hear, I have just give up and put up. I'm very disappointed.

Now that they are part of new horizon it is awful. How older people manage to book an appointment I just don't know. I did manage to see a doctor who was very pleasant, after half an hour waiting on the phone listening to some diabolical music. Once I was referred to the hospital things were much easier. It is a shame because they were a great surgery before.
