   I have arthritis in both hands I have had injections but they don’t help.I’m taking pills for the pain.i spoke to my doctor on Wednesday and she put a prescription into the pharmacy which is in the same building for a stronger pain relief.we have rung up twice but my prescription is still not ready for collection.I’m getting about 3 hours sleep a night because of the pain.I don’t think it’s good practice to keep a patient in constant pain waiting 3 days for pain relief.I can’t pick anything up or turn a tap on without getting very bad pain in my thumbs.I have explained this.I can’t understand how it takes 3 days so far to make a prescription up .when the doctor and the pharmacy are about 20 yards apart.

   Got seen very quickly and the two GPs I saw/spoke with were so patient. I didn’t feel hurried and things were explained to me clearly and I felt comfortable asking questions. Absolutely over the moon with the service I received.
