   I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years. I frequently have problems with their administration. Never had a problem with the medical staff. They are friendly and attentive. They recently move prescriptions to phone or email only, great except: They don’t acknowledge they’ve had the request Don’t tell you when they have a problem with your request Never been ready on time yet. They also seem incapable of reading letters passed in by hospitals about new medications being prescribed. Resulting in medication not being available when needed and me having g to do all the chasing.
