   Its taken 3 weeks and I still dont have a referral. You cant get hold of a doctor at this surgery and if you do there is no staff to support them

2. Review titled Rude and unhelpful receptionist.

   The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful and became annoyed because we dared to come through the open door even though the surgery was closed. She followed my wife out to have a go at her on the forecourt. Passive aggressive in the extreme, the whole episode left us very upset.
