I just wanted to take a moment to thank admin and clinical staff for what I feel is a gold standard service. Myself and 2 children are registered at the practice and I know that if I need to contact the surgery, my enquiry will be dealt with promptly. We all know there are pressures on accessing services but I am always satisfied with the response I have been given and I feel like that me or my children are triaged appropriately. Particular shout out to the admin team because they are the small cogs in the system that keep everything ticking over. Thank you to all at Three Villages!

Very easy to book appt with a GP. Reception staff and admin staff are welcoming, calm, patient and have a thorough knowledge of the systems in place. They are understanding and have real empathy. My GP appt was preceded by a blood pressure review and blood tests which were carried out with thoroughness, and personally tailored to my needs. I was given the chance to submit readings daily for a week, with very clear instructions and advice. I was also offered an ECG and advised to reduce one medication. My GP appointment covered all my results and blood pressure readings and concerns. All my questions were answered and my concerns addressed which was such a confidence boost for me. And an outstanding follow up was noted and will be completed. I was never rushed, but given all the time I needed to grasp the info I needed to understand. I feel very lucky to be a patient at such a thoroughly professional and yet friendly and easy practice to use. Thank you.

Went for an appointment with nurse, mentioned another problem, she called for the doctor who has referred to hospital, letter of referral ready the following day. What an efficient service

Cannot phone this practice,everything is online and apparently without talking to you this practice time can tell whether you need to see a Dr or not,most advice is go to a pharmacist or the walk in center,very hard to get any referrals,needs to be looked into.because they are not providing a good service

Really impressed by care received- very thorough and proactive approach my doctors. Reception staff are professional and approachable. Keep up the good work 3 villages!

The service delivered by this practice is worsening. The hardest part is actually getting an appointment. I've been registered with them for a few years now, and can definitely see its gotten worse. They are rated "Good", which Id disagree with. After waiting nearly 4 weeks for a telephone appointment with a nurse, I got a text message saying my appointment was cancelled due to strikes and rescheduled for 3 weeks from now. This was delivered on the day of the appointment, which Id kept free to be able to answer the phone. Why not inform me sooner? Made sure I was by the phone after being threatened by the practice by text, quote "The GP will call you on 13.3.23 in the morning. They will try twice. Failure to answer will be dealt with as 'Did not attend'". So Ill have had to wait 6 weeks for this phone appointment. Its like these obstacles have been put in place to discourage patients from bothering. When phoning the practice you get a long drawn out answerphone message discouraging you from proceeding with the call and trying to force you to use the website. Get through this and you've then to wait in a queue. The website has no facility to complain about the service. How would I cope it I were elderly with no internet access? I feel sorry for the staff on the reception desk, they must get non-stop complaints and threats from angry and frustrated patients desperate for some kind of 1st world service. There's a lot of talk about mental health these days, this has affected mine and must be affecting many others. I don't have any hope that things will improve either.

My husband and I decided to change doctors and move to 3 Villages Medical Practice 2 weeks ago. This was done so smoothly without any problems, we were so welcomed into the new practice. I could not believe how quickly I was given my first appointments today. It was so lovely to be greeted with a smile from the helpful receptionist and the doctor and diabetic nurse were so helpful and reassuring. We cannot praise this excellent practice enough. The NHS at its very best . Thank you.

Joined here a few days ago as I could not get an appointment at Lion Health Centre despite 3 weeks of trying. Very easy to apply, sent in the online form for an appointment ( very easy) and they phoned me back within a few minutes. Friendly staff, all good. This is how a GP practice should be run.

Still not receiving follow up care or call backs from doctors as promised. Impossible to get an appointment even when I receive a text to say book the appointment as soon as possible. Incorrect medication. Brushed off without follow up. Can't get onto the website to book repeat prescription. Never seen the same doctor more than once. Sent to a pain clinic only to be asked "why are you here". No tests done just told to go back to the doctor. Very poor service in every way. I've had enough, I will now find a different way to resolve my situation as those who are supposed to provide care have failed.
