i phoned the practice in the morning,was phoned back very quickly & given an appointment at the hot hub, that day . I was seen by a very friendly & efficient Dr who then gave me a prescription which he sent to the pharmacy , i picked it up & within 10 minutes was on my way home. very good experience thank you to all concerned.

Little wait for appointment. Little wait at appointment . Dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. Both by Reception and nurse. Excellent.

I would not recommend this practice. Patients cannot get through the receptionists. I was asked to call a specific doctor, who is dealing with my case, but whenever I tried to call, receptionists said I could not speak to the doctor who had asked me to call. Very frustrating, no wonder I have very high blood pressure!
