My mum ran out of meds due to a local pharmacy error but receptionist sorted it out for me today. Since moving to truro in jan 2022 the service received by myself ,wife and mum from the practice staff has always been excellent.

I've been seen by two nurses and one doctor since registering with this practice and I have to say I've never felt so well looked after by a GP surgery! They're thorough in their questions and have a holistic approach, checking on other aspects of wellbeing (e.g. mental health, current circumstances) regardless of the reason for the appointment. I always feel safe and reassured. Receptionists are friendly and helpful too. Thank you all so much.

I just want to come on here and give a huge thank you to Three Spires Medical Centre in Truro. I phoned them at 2.30pm for some advice on a poorly child with a 39+ temperature, cramps and lethargy. I was phoned back by a doctor within 45 minutes and seen within 2.5hrs. The doctor was absolutely fantastic with Jessie, thorough and reassuring. I know the NHS is at breaking point but I cannot praise the staff that dealt with me today enough. Thank you

I have probably taken more than my fair share of my GP's time of late and as ever I have found his attention to detail superb and matched only by his pragmatic approach. I was delighted, but not surprised that he called me at 7.40 pm with some action that was required by me following a blood test. The poor old NHS is getting a bashing at the moment, but if I had a flag to raise on behalf of 3 Spires I would.

I had an operation on my finger at the Hayle Hand Clinic but was worried about my wound. I didn’t want to go all the way to Hayle so 3 Spires managed to find a quick appointment for me and one of the practice nurses looked at my wound. She was very professional and kind and reassured me all was well and gave me excellent advice. It also saved time and money as I didn’t have to go all the way to Hayle for someone to check my wound there.

Experienced hyperemesis over 6 weeks of my pregnancy and the care I received was absolutely fantastic. From my own named GP to the triage GPs, I had fast access to excellent care and I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! I was taken seriously every time I called and did not have the experience many have that this is 'just normal morning sickness, try ginger'. I am thrilled that this is a teaching practice and that the next generation of doctors will have excellent examples to follow. Keep up the good work and thank you all for your care.
