    The GP I saw today was excellent - really personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like everything was explained to me fully and that time was taken by the GP to understand what was going on. A really positive experience

    I rang at 8.00 and I was 68th in the queue. If I had held on I would probably be told there was no appointments and to phone back at 12.00 to join another queue.

    Needing to communicate briefly with the Nurse Practioner or a GP about new medication which is not working and causing side effect, it appears I can only do this by using the Triage service. I thought the Triage service was for people who are needing an appointment urgently - I don't want to take away time and space from these phone calls. I just need to ask someone if I should stop the medication and if so, what happens next. I e mailed the Practice Manager re the situation three days ago but have not had a reply yet. Looking on the Practice website, I notice it says the status given by the authorititive body is 'Outstanding' but when I look for the information for that inspection, there is only the 2018 report available. Communication was not a problem back then - an organsiation can't think it is appropriate to flag up 'Outstanding' when the Practice was given that label 6 years ago, surely? Communication is a a serious problem now!

    Been flagged up to to medication reviews 3 times in the last 3 months. Even though I have done it by phone, by link they sent as well as physically going into the Endless street surgery to do my BP. My medications are late, Causing me a lot of issues and the dispensery receptionist on the phone was less than helpful. I'm now without important medication and having very uncomfortable side effects from missing my meds.

    Appointment was on time. The staff were friendly. The nurse who took my blood pressure and blood sample was chatty and professional . I was in and out in minutes.

    I would like to take the opportunity to leave feedback on my most recent visit, which was to gain access to online services and other queries. Whilst I have always found all of the front of house team at both Endless Street and The Three Swans to be very good at their jobs -being friendly and professional, this visit (19/06 am) I think needs highlighting. The receptionist in question was lovely and I really think she does an amazing job. They really helped me, and made what could have been stressful for me, a straight forward visit thanks to their help. Truly an asset to your practice. Many thanks.

    Even before Covid, I was becoming steadily more and more disappointed with the serrvice I was receiving; but obvioulsy during the Pandemic, we all learned to be patient and considerate in such difficlut times. But now, I am so pleased to be able to leave a glowing report about my experiences in the last few months at the practice. Appointments given within a very reasonable time frame, proactive and reactive responses to various problems I have had and the triage system is working superbly. Thank you for restoring my faith in the practice with which I have been for over three decades.
