GP speaks my language. Quick phone answer. easy to get medicines. Receptionist good and care us. Good working staff

Called surgery Monday 10th July with serious symptoms and was told dr would call me - called a further 2 times to makes sure when I didnt get a call by lunch time. Called at end of day and told me dr had left. Next day my symptoms was so serious I went to A&e. After check up with them they advised me to contact surgery to book further appointment. Took about 3 calls to get an answer and then the receptionist hang up when I asked to talk to a dr.

I have always troubles with reviving my repeated prescription. Even with app they have plenty problem to operate patients requests. As I done my request on Monday to make sure it will be enough time to process it before the weekend and also confirmation says it’s taking 2 working days and I still didn’t receive my medication order after 5 days. Another thing is rude treatment of lady from reception who interrupted several time when I was talking without letting me finish my sentence. How you want to help when you not even let me speak after I waited 45 minutes in queue on hold? My order went to wrong pharmacy few times as well because they don’t check the request and sent it automatically. Difficult to manage to organise time between work to collect the medication when I can receive where it was requested. If you have any other GP don’t use this service.

Surgery always goes extra mile to help us and provide excellent service to patients. Always contact us for reviews and staff have been very helpful as usual. Well managed surgery and great friendly staff

Receptionist was very polite and confirmed my appointment. The nurse giving the flu jab, was professional and explained the procedure clearly. I felt comfortable and all went well.

Love the experiencey today with nurse. Good friendly service as always from the Surgery. Flu clinic what smoothly and huma did my blood pressure with out even asking.

This was my first GPS experience and was struggling to go through with the process including appointment booking. But the staff including the nurses were helpful and guided me through everything.
