We went for flu vaccinations on a Saturday morning. We were treated and left before our allotted appoint time. Vaccination was painless and staff extremely professional and polite.

I was seen ahead on time and not kept waiting for my flu jab. My Nurse was efficient as well as caring. She asked me not to rush and to take my time.

I was prompted to make an appointment. I turned up on time and waited just 3 minutes before being seen. The nurse was excellent and I was gone in a few minutes.

I didn't have to wait long for my appt. However, when I checked in the screen told me to go to Upstairs Office, all in darkness up there, it being a Saturday. Why was this message on the screen? The walls are full of so many notices, suggest once a month the practice manager reviews notices and takes down redundant ones so important ones can be more easily read. Do you still need the Keep 2 Metres apart ones?

As discussed over the phone, we have also taken on board your comments regarding the check-in screen and the signage. The message directing you to the upstairs office was a mistake, and have resolved the IT issue. As for the notices, we agree that it’s important to keep them relevant and will ensure a review is done regularly to remove outdated ones. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention. I have recently had to organise repeat medications for a long holiday - this happened without any difficulty in 24 hours. I have also received two vaccinations recently and the two practitioners involved were really excellent - thank you.

Flu vaccination was fine. Friendly nurse. Shame I also couldn't have the Covid vaccination, too. The nurse told me that the GP Surgery didn't want to do it.

The nurse who gave me my flu jab was professional, friendly and on-time. It was pain free too! Always nice to be met with a smile. Also young man on reception on Saturday 5th October was helpful and welcoming - which is a big plus in any practice. Only reason I have put Likely is that still hard to get an actual appointment with a doctor - not practice fault as sheer volumes. Staff always do their best to accommodate.

I was a very good informative appointment. Everything was explained to me. I had Shingles vaccine. I left with a leaflet explaining all about the possible side effects. Very happy.
