When I walked in I felt welcomed and supported by the professional recipients, then I was called in by the doctor and I can see she was well educated and she knew her stuff very well as she was able to tell me what was my condition and how to treat it. Every one at this GP is well trained, God bless them.

Just phoned lanark doctors. Was in queue for half an hour and was told emergencies only. wouldn't mind so much but that was same as whole of last week. It would not be good to be very seriously ill. The issue is very serious to me and was told "call back tomorrow. Another half hour wasted.

When you call in person and ring the bell you have to speak all your business through an intercom and are kept out of the actual reception area. There is no privacy at all. Very hard to get to see a doctor in person. You only get a phone call. This is not good as the doctor can't see you and this is necessary for a proper diagnosis.
