I accompanied a family member who was very poorly earlier this year . The doctor was so kind and reassuring and really took the time to listen. On all follow up appointments the doctor never made us feel rushed and was so caring towards my family member who is now thankfully so much better. Thank you for your time and assistance it is really appreciated especially when I realise how busy and how hard you work

My carer and I visited the practice this week and I wanted say thank you for the positive experience. Firstly grateful to the reception team for arranging several appointments to coincide to make life easier. Secondly to the Dr and Nurse who took good care of me because I was feeling really unwell. They took time to be through and had time to listen to my concerns, whilst making me feel at ease and having a cheerful manner too. Thank you again.
