I am not a patient of rhis practice but had to see an emergency doctor who was amazing. Gave me advice and treated the problem I had. Was so kind even though I had never met her before. Thanks to her I got the quick treatment I needed

I've been registered with this practice for 29 years. From the time that I joined, until my most recent consultation yesterday, the level of compassion, good clinical care, engagement and professionalism has never faltered. Throughout COVID and with general practice going through it’s most challenging times, The Woodberry Team (from partners, salaried and locum doctors, nurses and admin team) have ensured that our health and that of our loved ones has remained their priority. The electronic appointment booking request was very straight forward and the receptionist was polite and efficient. The doctor I saw yesterday provided a F2F consultation that was nothing less than 10/10.

I have received first class attention and treatment from the Woodbery Practice since I discovered that I had Type 2 Diabetes more than five years ago. The treatment has come form the doctors, nurses and paramedics there.

I am very fortunate in that I do not have to attend my GPs very often, but when I do, I am always so heartened by the level of care and efficiency I receive. The admin team are kind, helpful and professional. The doctors really listen to you and are so attentive. Medication is always prescribed timely and test results are reviewed and filed promptly too. The nurse has provided such an amazing continuity of care over so many years, for so many patients and even generations. A really modern, forward thinking practice who care about their patients - such a welcomed part of our community.

Rang today, as NHS app says appointments can’t be booked, tried their online website, same thing, spoke to the woman on reception 26/08/22 16:31, explained I needed repeat prescription, was told it would be done at the end of the day, and will be available to collect at nearby pharmacy, checked all night via the app, nothing, as I expected, did have confidence as it’s happened before, it used to be a great place many years ago, I’ll be joining another nearby, been there my whole life.
