I came today with sore throat, can’t eat since yesterday but the only thing they said is to take paracetamol and expect that might get worst in next three days but I need to rest in bed because it’s probably the virus. Unbelievable..

  2. Review titled Very bad experience

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Mariana Stan - Posted on 04 August 2023

I am currenty pregnant 32 weeks and the midwife after my blood test told me to ask the GP to prescribe me the medication. Firstly I went to the receptionist with the results, and I asked to be given a prescription. The receptionist told me to take pictures of the papers and send it to the GP and wait for them to call me back. I did it and few hours later I received a call saying that they can’t understand anything and I have to come back the next day in the morning with the papers. I did this today and after a long waiting the pharmacist told me that I have to go back home and wait for the text message. But before that to go to reception and see if I am registered to get free medication. And here surprise, after giving my date of birth, the receptionist told me that I have to fill up the form because I haven’t registered for exemption. ( just to be clear that I did fill up the form on 9th of June, 2 months ago) So now I will have to fill up another form and for the medication just keep the receipt and make a claim after. In the circumstances that I did all the process 2 months in advance. I do understand that the GP surgery have a quite big amount of patients but the experience I am experiencing is very frustrating. I’m still not sure if my form will be sent and also if I will be able to receive the medication. And with my current situation is very hard to go out so much. I hope that someone will take responsibility for this and the people working there will be more responsible when it comes to patients.

  3. Review titled Patient and friendly receptionists

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Maria - Posted on 14 March 2023

I went to the surgery yesterday which was extremely busy. There was only on receptionist manning the desk who was beyond patient, calm and kind whilst trying to deal with some challenging patients. The other receptionist returned who again was equally kind and patient which i was in awe of as i waited to be seen. They both handled themselves and navigated a high pressure environment with ease. Both ladies deserve recognition for their great work.

  4. Review titled Excellent Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Tom Territt - Posted on 14 March 2023

I had an appointment with a Physiotherapist in the am of 13th. March. I arrived 15minutes early, Friendly welcome from the Receptionist, booked in immediately, went to the waiting Area. Called for my Consultation 5 minutes before appointed time. Consultation was superb, in that, all areas of concern were covered in an unhurried, conversational and Jargon free manner. Treatment recommendation was fully explained and ensured that I understood. I left much relieved and content. All areas visited were very Clean, Neat and Tidy

  7. Review titled Shocking service

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 20 October 2022

It is impossible to make an appointment or see a GP. I have spent hours waiting for my calls to be answered. The service provided is absolutely shocking. I have tried completing the online econsult form and I am never called by the deadline given. Also, when I finally get a call, it is not from a GP at the surgery instead it is outsourced. The GPs that contact do not read the detail on the referral form and are of no real assistance. I was then told I could be seen by a GP, but it would be in Kingsbury or Kilburn. I do not drive and the issue I need to see my GP about affects my mobility. I asked that the matter be referred back to a GP at this surgery where I am a patient. Still have had no contact from any GP at the surgery. I would really advice that this practice be avoided at all costs. It is extremely distressing when you are unwell and have to deal with this disgraceful service. Management at the practice really need to step up and provide an actual service to patients, it is really shameful what is going on in this surgery.

  8. Review titled Horrible!

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 19 May 2022

It is impossible to get through by phone, the system imitates queuing, but in fact you wait in vain and only lose money for a phone call. The website says that the clinic is open from 8:30 in the morning, but this is not true. With great difficulty, I managed to get the test done, but the result was never uploaded to the system and no one contacted me after that. Terrible treatment of patients!

  9. Review titled Awful practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 27 April 2022

Phones are not answered. The website said I can book an appointment in person but when I went there the receptionist (behind a small opening in the door) said I cannot book an appointment in person and must respond to a text message. Investigations are not followed up, illness is not taken seriously. Unbelievably there is a sign saying they are taking on new patients when they cannot even manage their current patients in any professional way. What a disgrace to the NHS

  10. Review titled Poor service

Rated 1 star out of 5

    by M C - Posted on 13 April 2022

I rang the surgery at 8.30am and was placed as 12th in the queue. At 9am, I was placed at 9th in the queue . Then I went over in person to the surgery with the phone still connected , got to the counter and two receptionists sitting there without the phone being answered - complete ignore of their duties. I said to one of them “shall I switch my phone off “ and she replied your here now so yes switch off - their seniors need to monitor the level of calls received versus time taken to answer ! Staff need to be given training !

Dear Patient Thank you very much for your comment. apology for the inconveniences , this has caused. This will be brought to the attention of the practice team to look into for improvement. Phones are normally answered by the back office team and the receptionist at the from desk deals with the patients attending in person for appointments, and other admin desk request. etc. kind regards Administrator
