    I have had quite a lot of different GPS since I moved to London after moving around. I can tell you with all the confidence in the world that this is by far the best. The most caring and kind staff, from reception right up to the lead GP. They really want to listen and respond to any issues you’re having and ask thorough and meaningful questions. It’s always pretty easy to get an appointment, and get through to reception. I’ve always been referred to the appropriate clinician and had fab experiences. I’m struggling with some complex physical and mental health needs at the moment, and this team look after me so well. I never want to go to another GP.

    Had to book appointment for my brother and was dreading it. I was so pleasantly surprised. Good queuing system. Registered and called back within minutes. Polite friendly helpful staff. Appointment made. Seen within Two hours. No hanging around. Thank you so much. Keep up marvellous work. Thank God for our NHS.

    I was sick from work on the 15 December 2022, then that Saturday I did a test for covid I tested positive which was not good, I let my work place no about me being positive. After christmas I contacted the doctor wick health centre e9 explaining my joints where hurting they said it was Post covid-19 arthralgia. The moral of the story, I had blood test done from the Monday and it was the receptionist giving me my results is that even right. And on top of that, I called to get a call back from Wednesday and so-called system crashed and was never contacted. I have numbness going on my right leg top part which I had for nearly 2 days. Then Friday was told there where no more appointments it’s full, they will call me Monday today between 10am to 1pm. What is going in the wick health centre, this is not service this a mess in the making. Disgusting service!!!!

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel this way about our service. We note that you were able to speak with a GP and were given a diagnosis. We note that you had blood tests done following this. If you were given your results by a receptionist, this thankfully means that your results were normal which I hope the receptionist explained. There is not enough time for GP’s to call patients with normal results. The GP will only call the patients with abnormal results. Apologies, that you did not get a call back on the Wednesday, this must have been an oversite. We strive to call all of our patients back within the same day and emergencies within two hours. Unfortunately due to the increase in demands and winter pressures it is not always possible to get an appointment the same day, we are sorry that you find all of this disgusting and perhaps a different practice would be more suited to your demands.
