    I feel like this practice has mixed reviews. Some of the medical staff themselves are brilliant, but the same as every other doctors surgery, getting an appointment is a struggle and even getting hold of them for any other reason can be difficult (especially if you work 8-5 working hours). I had an appointment recently for a mole removal and the doctor & nurse who did it were absolutely amazing. They gave the best care and told me exactly what was going on so I felt at ease.

Unfortunately as you say it is challenging in all aspects of Primary Care in general at present and as a large GP practice we are working hard to use our resources to meet the needs of our patients as best we can.     This practice looks after my elderly parents. I cannot fault any of the staff, or the level of service offered. In difficult times, they always try and do their best. Thank you.

    Excellent service for skintag removal. Efficient timescale with quick assessment and planned procedure. Very fortunate to have this service offered at local gp surgery. Professional and thorough service - would highly recommend .

    As an ex nurse, midwife, health visitor, counselling psychologist, I have a life time experience of my own practice within the nhs and surgeries across the country. To stand at reception as registered disabled to be told protocol and policy supersede my well being is beyond atrocious. To stand at reception to book my pneumococcal vaccination, to be told to go home and phone to book it, is preposterous. To ask if I can book an appt to discuss my blood results taken today, was met with the same brand of stone walling. I do not have a voice with this practice. This practice does not care. Do the staff actually have a desire to meet their clients needs, or do they prefer to stay apart from the people they subscribe to serving?
