My medical problem was dealt in a thorough way. I was given helpful advice. The doctor was encouraging and cheerful.

Great interaction with the actual doctor with no problems. Receiving inappropriate attitude from reception for needing an appointment unacceptable. Repeat medication was prescribed for 6 months, I believe I've spent more time without the medication than with it due to not being able to attend the 'in house' pharmacy due to work commitments and not being able to afford time off work to attend the day time only pharmacy which is also closed at the we(ekend. I tried organising a third party pharmacy to obtain and deliver my medication 'pharmacy 2 u' recommended to my partner who is with a different GP surgery, by her GP Doctor) it seems my doctor will not sign my prescription for a third party pharmacy after several requests by Pharmacy 2 u. This 'ties me in to only being able to use the wellbridge pharmacy. gp interaction was totally let down by the inability to obtain medication for anxiety, causing further exasperated anxiety. Just the thought of any communication with this surgery causes me extreme panic.

My dad sadly passed away recently but I want to say a huge thank you to everyone in the practice. Receptions staff going above and beyond, the caring dedication of the doctors and the district nursing team. Everyone supported my dad, myself and my sister as we tried to make his last few weeks as comfortable and the best we could. Achieving his wish to be with us until the end. Even then a very kind GP came at the very end of his day to do what we needed him to do and more. He knows who that is and we thank you again. My sister and I just wanted to let you know we will always be grateful for everything you did. Thank you , keep doing what you do, you are an amazing group of people and a fantastic team.

The receptionist and GP devoted additional time in their busy day to see me with an issue that couldnt be left overnight. Its not easy for people to have to change a schedule and process, but they did with a smile and professionalism - thank you

I suffered a severe laceration to my leg which required regular dressings over an 8 week period. All three nurses that I saw were exceptional in their duties. They were kind, considerate and professional in all that they did whilst also having a welcomed sense of humour. I cannot praise and thank them enough.

Couldn't get medication which had supposedly been put through to the dispensary but hadn't. Unable to book an appointment and unable to do e-consultancy. Basically very bad for a doctors surgery, no wonder hospitals are over run with patients. Ailments don't go away because you cannot contact a doctor.
