   The worst practice I have ever been unfortunate to use. It is impossible to get an appointment with a doctor! Staff are rude and unhelpful and couldn’t care less! This practice is run too much like a business, they have forgotten the most important thing - the duty of care to patients. Unfortunately the people of Weardale have to put up with the terrible service offered here because the other practices nearby are off limits as we are out of their catchment area. I only joined this practice last year and as yet have not been called in as a new patient. The only contact I have had with a Doctor was a phone call telling me they were withdrawing some of my medication! Only one month’s supply of medication is allowed and therefore it is costing me double what I paid at the two previous practices I was at. Think twice about moving to Weardale, it’s the only downside of living here but unfortunately it’s a pretty important one!
