    The nurse was very friendly and helpful.Its not easy sometimes to find my veins for blood test and I normally get poked several times but she found it from the first time and she was very smooth didn’t feel any pain. Thank you eugenia 🥰

    Been chasing unknown medical issue for over a year but doctors aren't interested. Tried to arrange another appointment today and once again told I can't by rude receptionist, another receptionist came on phone and also was no help. Asked to speak to manager so she took my details only to call me back and say go and email complaint as manager wouldn't call me back as stated. Nothing but rudeness and fobbing patients off. Awful practice and awful staff all round.

    I expect when I call the practice that someone picks up, not leaving you to wait 15 minutes without any mention of a queueing system in place.

    Imagine calling your GP at the designated opening hours of 8.30am only to be greeted with a message that states the lines are closed and will reopen tomorrow morning at 8.30am. Make it make sense!!!

    Dear Anonymous, Apologies you have had the put in the negative feedback and that it has taken time to respond. Sadly we could not access the response tool. With regards to your comment, 14/9/2022 was a practice away day for staff training and we had Badger covering the surgery for the day while staff were trained and updated. This was widely publicised on our website and in the surgery so apologies you missed it because most of our patients were aware and if you called the surgery, it would have diverted you to Badger as normal so apologies if this did not work in this case . We will look into it and hopefully next time , the system will work as it should. Thank you for your feedback
