Want to praise the nurse I’ve been to see today with my daughter, I went in anxious of my daughters 1 year booster injections, but she reassured me and distracted my little girl with videos whilst she got them done in no time, would like to thank her again. In general the surgery other than having to call a few times for a same day appointment I have no complaints, staff are all polite and will help as best as they can.

Contacted GP by Econsult, a GP rang me within a couple of hours. Gp ordered tests, a follow-up appointment and got in the following day to have my bloods done. Rang again two days later,as l felt so ill. The receptionist was lovely and said a GP would call me back, a GP called me within the hour. Really good service, prompt and understanding. A vast improvement in my expierence, they seem to be really trying to improve the service. Doing face to face appointments are better to, and makes a big difference. Keep up the good work. Thank you
