With previous GPs, I’ve had a sense of dread to contact, but the reception staff here are amazing and always really friendly, understanding and reassuring. The doctors listen really well and leave me feeling well looked after. By far the most caring staff all round.

Everyone at the practice is helpful and tries to make sure that you get access to the right member of staff as quickly as possible and the right treatment, either at the surgery or with a hospital referral. There have obviously been challenges since the start of the pandemic, but the team have really provided an exemplary service in difficult times.
