Shockingly bad doctors, the receptionist have no empathy, they are extremely unhelpful, rude and have such a bad attitude. For example: I need referring asap as I’ve found a lump on my breast which I told the rude receptionist, but that isn’t urgent enough for her to get me an appointment apparently.. I’ve got to ring back Monday to see “if“ I get an appointment that week, if not I have to ring the following Monday.. now if that isn’t ridiculously un logical I don’t know what is!! the NHS always tells us to get seen asap when discovering lumps etc but how can we when we have surgeries like this who have no urgency and just an unwillingness to help!! I can’t get into another doctors in my area as they are all full to capacity. So i have no choice but to stay at this doctors which is not fit for purpose.

I would like to say how helpful the staff are at the front of the reception area and thr GPS that work there. They take great care in making sure that patients are listened too

The normal GP at this surgery has been generally rather good, however today I sat down with a Locum, who was unprofessional, unhelpful, and told me that to speak with the hospital instead. Absolutely useless. They couldn't have cared less.

Always receive the care and attention needed. The staff make you feel very comfortable and are always happy to help and are pleasant. The Doctors are very thorough Can’t fault the surgery at all
