Review titled Poor Communication
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 30 May 2023
The online system is poor and gives out web addresses that do not work and repeat prescription requests appear to be ignored. If you want us to use the online systems, please can they work, otherwise it would be best to ditch them to avoid the waste of time and just ask patients to telephone and wait for an answer.

I cannot fault the service received at this practice. From the Receptionists to the Dispensary to the Doctors themselves, they all provide an exemplary service. We are very lucky indeed to have this as our practice and very much appreciate their help when needed.

Review titled Waiting for them to answer the phone 52 mins!!!
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 21 September 2022
52 mins before I got to speak to someone. the phone message states your call is important!!!! Of course you have to listen to aload of dribble first. I was number 6 in a "q" how can it take 52 mins. This is why people dial 999 and waste resource. What happened to the NHS?

The surgery gives me an annual checkup. At the latest session the nurse spotted a growth on my temple, took a photo of it, arranged for it to be removed - now gone within 10 weeks.

Review titled Great Appointment With Nurse
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 24 May 2022
Had my smear test yesterday, previously had many bad experiences at a different surgery which made me very anxious about having my next one, especially as I was new to this surgery. Nurse was kind, patient, explained everything to me and listened to my concerns. Very reassuring and considering it can be quite uncomfortable and awkward experience, it was not and I have now had a positive experience which makes me feel much better about having such appointments.
