Saw a physicians associate, who it felt like wasn’t listening to me, was rushing to get through the appointment and hadn’t read my medical history or what medications I was taking. Was told I needed a blood test but not what to do about it. Very disappointed in how I was spoken to. Then called up reception and spoke to a receptionist about the blood test, she was so lovely, honestly could not praise her enough. Happy to book it for my and inform me all the dates and happy to wait whilst I checked my calendar.

Easy to book an appointment and almost always on the day or within a few days. Staff are friendly too and make the experience easy.

The staff and the GPs seem so relaxed but always professional considering the noise and commotion that often happens just outside the surgery. Also i always manage to get decent appointments unlike other surgeries where they have to wait months!

An amazing GP who made sure my prescription was done quikcly and the referral to the hospital was sent extremely quickly. She made me feel heard and gave me hope that my problem will be solved soon. A big thank you to her!

My appointment was very rushed and then my prescription was not sent through to the pharmacy which meant I had to call and ask for it to be done.

I came in early for flu and COVID jabs was seen straight away.Jabs explained well put at ease. Surgery immaculately clean and staff pleasant.

Booked an appointment for mental health review to told a week later it was on the phone rather than face to face. Appointment was meant for 9am, no one rang so I rang the surgery who said “oh phone calls are never on time” and that my slot had been moved to 12:15. I had no correspondence to suggest it had been moved. Received a phone call at 11:30. Phone call in itself was okay.
