    The morning receptionist is fantastic. Anytime I have spoken to her she is always happy to help and get things sorted! When I hear her voice I feel a relief because I know my query will be dealt with accordingly and professionally.

    I really like this practice. All the staff are generally warm, efficient and helpful. And you can get an appt very quickly when its needed. But there could be a bit of an improvement re information when I have a blood test as is recommended when taking apixaban. Nurse did not know what she was supposed to test. I have now read it on the on the medicine pack and noted it in my diary.

    I went in to see a GP,a physiotherapist and a nurse which the very kind and helpful morning receptionist was able to arrange for me. I was very anxious and concerned yet all of the above in different ways were able to put me at ease. I'm well aware that I can't be the first such person (and no doubt I won't be the last either) that they will encounter yet never once did any of them,by words or by actions show any impatience or lack of empathy. I can't thank them enough.

    I have never had a single good experience ever since Covid. They have implanted a new method of contact which is e-consult forms. These forms are a waste of time because no one actually contacts you. I have recently filled one and I was not told when someone will call me. Unexpectedly I get a call whilst at work which I miss. There was a text to say someone will call back in 10 mins. I called my manager took a 30 min break but the call never came. Called the receptionist after waiting 35 minutes on hold she told me to just wait. I told her I work I can’t just keep waiting she said if I missed the call again whilst at work to call back the reception. So I got another call an hour later whilst at work so I missed it and I called receptions as advised but she said to wait till end of day. However the text I have received tells me to contact the gp. Their service is terrible. Being sick and having to go through this chaos is a nightmare. This service will make a sick person more unwell. You need to bring some sort of an imporvement because as a patient we don’t have time to take off work for a 5 min conversation. Either book an appointment for a phone call or a face to face. I cannot sit next to my phone the whole day and answer as people work!

    I have requested medication on 5th august, on Patient Access it’s shows that GP has rejected all of them. This I went to GP and there receptionist told me that it’s been sent to pharmacy. I have ask can I have doctors appointment as I need to talk to about medication then I have been told that appointment is not available and I can get appointment with in-house pharmacist. I found out that only one doctor available at this clinic at given time. which really upset me as I never managed to get single appointment in year, I just wonder if there any good GP near by where I can register. Very disappointed

    Morning receptionist is very helpful!Her service is one of the best i have ever encountered! She make sure that everything is in order regardless how busy she is. Thank you so much for you help always.

    Very friendly, fast and professional team. The doctor was also very friendly and helpful and took his time. The follow up of emails and online requests is impeccable, making life much easier for things like repeat prescriptions. A very different experience to the one I had at my previous surgery.

    Had a sudden and unexpected health scare. I was incredibly scared and uncertain but the morning receptionist that I spoke to was super helpful and friendly and put me at ease. I can't tell you how much that meant.

    I saw the same doctor twice regarding my 8 month old’s ear infection, she was lovely both times. She was efficient, thorough, kind and reassuring. I have been attending the practice regularly with my daughter for vaccines etc and the receptionist has always been warm and welcoming despite being busy answering phone calls. I have also managed to get appointments for my baby quickly and easily every time which I really appreciate. Overall I’m very pleased I this practice for my baby and I.
