    I have tried for weeks to either message or book an appointment via online. Every day it's says suspended. You can't even try to contact them let alone even try to get help. I suspect it's a way to massage the statistics because you can't even contact them. Appalling service blocked from using a service rightfully we pay for. How can I recommend when you can't even message them!! I understand limited resources but blocking us it's scandalous

    We are really sorry that you have been unable to contact us. Our telephone lines are open 8.30 until 18.30 and Holmwood Health Centre reception is open from 8.00 until 18.30 Monday to Friday. The facility to access us online is open Monday to Friday 8.00 – 18.00 for clinical requests and administrative requests . As you mention, we have to suspend the online service for medical queries when we reach capacity which regrettably can happen quite early in the day. As our website states, you can telephone us if your need is urgent and your request will be dealt with on the day. You are correct when you say that resources are limited. As demand increases we have to manage our resources carefully and we do all we can to ensure that patients get the care they need whilst maintaining safe working practices. We understand your frustration but please be assured we are here to help our patients the best way we can in these current challenging times.

    This system is putting lives a risk.for 2 day I have been trying to talk to doctor and get more medication( needed urgently).after a number of calls I have been told wait till 6pm and call 111 or go to A&E as doctors might take UpTo 5 days to reply.I understand doctors are busy but this is an on going health problem so I would not feel right going to A&E thats already under pressure just to get a prescription .

    I have just arrived back home after visiting Morland surgery and have to say I was so impressed by the friendliness of their reception staff. They are so helpful and approachable. My husband and I do so appreciate the service we receive from our lovely practise. Well done Morland!! Efficient helpful and most importantly kind.

    I had a telephone appointment with a doctor at the Tadley medical partnership and they were amazing. I felt really listened to and totally understood. Prescription and appointments to follow. So grateful to such a lovely doctor.

    I had a telephone appointment with a doctor at the Tadley medical partnership and they were amazing. I felt really listened to and totally understood. Prescription and appointments to follow. So grateful to such a lovely doctor.

    I saw a nurse yesterday and she said if leg got any worse I was to return to see her but I’ve phoned several times today as on other occasions and they just don’t answer. A lot of money spent on refurbishment but it would have better to get extra staff and another phone line. Gone downhill very disappointing !

    We are really sorry you have had difficulty getting through to us to make a follow up appointment. The lines are very busy and we know how frustrating this is for everyone. Please be assured we are doing all we can to answer calls in a timely manner but at the moment, demand is exceptionally high. We would suggest calling late morning or mid afternoon as the lines are less busy at that time. Tadley Medical Partnership

    Myself and my family only recently registered at tmp but they have always dealt with my phone calls well and advised well when I've called and today was no exception! This afternoon I had a fall with my 11 week old daughter while I had her in a baby carrier. I called Moorland surgery in a complete state they told me to take my daughter straight in. When I arrived I was still in a complete state but I was calmly greeted by a member of staff, who already knew why I was there and what had happened. We were taken straight to a doctor but all the while I was being reassured. Once we were with the doctor she was just as amazing as the staff member before her. She reassured me throughly checked my daughter over, gave me information to monitor over the next few hours and booked an appointment for tomorrow just to put my mind at rest. The doctor could see I was upset and reassured me throughout the consultation and put my mind at ease. All to often doctors surgery's are given a bad name but I can't fault Moorland surgery. Thank you for all of the help myself and my baby recieved today, for listening, reassuring a calming a very upset, anxious mum.

    Last seen in June and did take a while to get through via e consult but once I did amazingly responsive and helpful. This time I booked a telephone appointment via NHS app on Sunday for Monday requesting particular GP to call me back. Called on time and GP took information and arranged for GP I had requested to call me today (Tues) and they did and given great advice and support. Fantastic service! Proud to be a patient at this surgery! They are doing an amazing job in challenging times. Thank you!

    After using e consult to contact my general practitioner on 9 August 2022, I was advised that I would be contacted the next day. Really helpful doctor phoned and listened carefully as I described my symptoms. He kindly and sympathetically encouraged me to expand on my vague description and advised of the possible diagnosis. He referred me to the first available female clinic the following week. I attended an appointment and described my symptoms. After sensitive discussion, examination and careful explanation of possible diagnosis she referred me to the hospital for 2 scans, advising me that I should expect to be given an appointment within 2 weeks. She also advised me to book a blood test and to monitor my blood pressure. She followed this up with a phone call the next day, advising me that she was also referring me to see a doctor at the hospital. Within 2 weeks I was seen by a doctor at the hospital and 2 days later attended appointments for 2 scans. On 6th September - 4 days after the scan (including 2 days of a weekend) I received a phone call from the referring doctor offering full feedback from the scans and possible next steps. What an amazing service!! I cannot thank the doctor enough for the care and compassion that she showed me and for the full and thorough way that she dealt with my health issue. Thank you

    Sent my repeat prescription to a random pharmacy in London and then told me to get it resolved! Receptionist arguing with me on the phone, all I was doing was kindly asking for assistance. Feel like walking on eggshells and will not use them again. Now I have no GP Surgery to turn to. I have had to reach out to PALS and the MP office to get my medical health concerns resolved. How sad.
