I just wanted to feedback the excellent service I received from your practice. I spoke to one of the GPs today, this was the first time I had spoken to him but he put at me at ease immediately, listening to me carefully and coming up with a care plan during my call, taking time to listen to my thoughts on his suggestions, please pass on my comments to the GP, great service by the practice who have all been excellent.

I have tried various online systems to order repeat prescriptions but it is becoming increasingly difficult. The last time I was told to use the Evergreen app but the practice is not registered. Their own website tells you to use Patient Access but you either need a letter with a code or have to link your NHS login. I have tried to link my NHS login but I just get a message saying unavailable and try again later. This leaves no option but to either ring the surgery or go in and order your prescription. I don't think either of these options are very efficient.

Can’t thank this practice enough for all that you do. With the current situation with the nhs the practice staff at the surgery Tyldesley have been great with me and my family. I believe the practice is under new management which has been a positive move thank you
