I am very much in need of a B12 injection dizziness light headed, it is due around now because I had to have it earlier last time they are refusing it before next Monday it only takes a minute, they are paid more for more patients but they are not spending the money on staff you have to wait ages. I was told to ring up this month when I last had an injection the lady said it was due this month, I am having to change doctors they have a terrible attitude this is an emergency and they are not treating it as such dreadful surgery.

They told me to ring for a B12 in December I feel the symptoms of lack of the vitamin they cannot fit me in. It only takes a minute.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to start with an apology for any inconvenience caused or potential misunderstanding. We have an exceptionally good level of access here with our patients being able to get appointments well within 2 weeks and for urgent matters you would be seen on the day. We also give our patients the choice of telephone or face to face appointments, whichever suits our patients better. We take every bit of feedback seriously so I am keen to discuss this further with you but have been unable to get through to you. Please feel free to give me a call at a convenient time for you. I would like to say a very big thank you to all at Kingstone for the way you deliver such a kind and caring service. An extra thanks to the dispensary team (you know why…..). Nothing is ever too much trouble.

At all times on visits to the surgery I have been met with a friendly and efficient team of doctors and receptionists. We, as patients, must be grateful for the fact we have you here in the village. And an in- house dispensary as well! It's all good, thank you.

Considering they are short staffed at present due to COVID and annual leave, they have been very helpful and listened to my concerns regarding some blood test results and have retested me. In general I have always found this surgery to look after myself and my husband very well.
