I have unsuccessfully attempted to explain to reception staff that my repeated prescription was not received by the pharmacy. The staff answering the phone won't try to understand that maybe they are missing something but quickly put the phone down. I had to leave the office and ho talk to them. Even in person I wasn't given the courtesy that a patient deserves. It took them three weeks and personal appearance for them to fix the issue. Needles to say I am looking to move GP practice.

Had a telephone conversation with one of the receptionists. She was so helpful, pleasant and polite to speak with that it made the whole experience so smooth and straight forward.

Visited the surgery two days ago. Very friendly reception as well as clinical staff. Very helpful. Saw heslthcare assistant and she was excellent. I saw Gp Dr Dasgupta few weeks ago. Very helpful. Listen to me and put my mind to at ease. I would recommend this surgery to anybody.
