Id asked for a doctor call through filling in the form. I wait hours for a call i then call up the surgery to see whats going on and when about im supposed to receive my call. they tell me that a practitioner was supposed to call me but they all have left for the day. So i then ask to speak to a doctor as originally requested when i filled out the form for the call back, and they tell me that all the doctors have left too and if i want i should wait for friday. How is waiting another 4 days going to help my situation. This is ridiculous, im really upset and angry about how this all played out. I was and still am feeling really unwell. This is year 2024 not 1800s. And instead of going forward u are going back to where we started, with all our technology i would have assumed that at this day and age the nhs/gp service would have better knowledge and understanding of the concept of having extra support of doctors and not having us patients who r extremely ill to be waiting like this. This new system of telephone call backs is ridiculous. This is not acceptable and something must be done. Thank u

Dear Patient, I am sorry to read about your negative experience. We provide on the day appointment only unless the the appointment is with the HCA, Pharmacist or Nurse. I am unable to investigate this any further as I need your details. I am in the office from Monday to Thursday. We reviewed my HbA1c results and discussed diet , exercise and.medications. She is so knowledgeable and experienced I feel in really safe hands. She is also extremely good at motivating people and I have already made some progress. The non-judgemental attitude of all the staff at Cranwich Road has been very reassuring for me over the past 23 years. As I left, the reception staff helped me by printing out my test records. On phone and in person the teams on the desk are unfailingly helpful and kind.

I am profoundly impressed by the novel intervention to meet the medical needs of those 65 years of age and over with three long-term health issues. This modern approach towards patient care ensures that this patient group are not neglected. Moreover, it helps to prevent hospitalisation while ensuring mobility, quality of life and motivates appropriate life changes to adequately meet oncoming challenges ahead of time. It promotes forward planning, joining appropriate support groups, promotes sport activities promoting improved health, inner-well-being and mindfulness. Our surgery is second to none!

Urine test. Dr days prob kidney infection. She felt my abdomen. Sent if sample. Ordered a scan Dr very pleasant. Patient and thorough.

Extremely awful service. The gps left at 3:30 on a Thursday, no one can answer. It was an emergency, out of hours surgery referred me to an appointment. On Friday, there was some It issue. The staff would refuse to connect me to a Gp, I got verbal second hand advice that was incomprehensible at the end, and was told the Gp had left for the day. I am left with no answers and in a panic.

Dear Patient, The difficulties we experienced to assist your query was due to you calling from overseas. We do not call overseas numbers nor provide clinical advice as it was not safe to do so without physical examination. The admin staff were advised by the clinician to let you know that you needed to seek medical advice where you were. Furthermore, we offered multiple calls where there were connection errors from your end, no IT issues from our end. Nevertheless, our clinician still spoke to you making exemptions to save you further distress/ worries. The staff cannot connect your directly to the GP. The doctor that left on that day was the doctor who was dealing with your queries and in your case we needed consistency. I hope this helps to clarify some of the issues you felt you were facing whilst calling from abroad. Please feel free to contact me directly. Happy to discuss further if you wish to.

I have recently been communicating mainly with the pharmacist who is very attentive and caring about my medication and ensuring that blood tests for two current complaints are monitored regularly and addressed with proper medication. My GP has also referred me to the Homerton Hospital for a different ongoing complaint and I am now under the care of the Homerton/UCLH and await initially for a telephone appointment with UCLH, to be followed by specialised treatment. A good surgery with caring and competent staff.
