   The new reception staff are rude and argumentative. couldn't get results for tests they referred me for and tried to sign post me back the hospital that already signed posted me to GP. This is the last straw for me as i have been with this surgery for nearly 40 years and since covid the service i have received has been very distressing. people contact the doctor for health issues, but seem to get highly stressed

   I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Certainly, we address our staff's approach to such issues. However, without a name, it's difficult for us to determine the real cause of the delay in getting your result or if this is a hospital test that was not requested by the GP in which case, we would not get the result and it would go directly to the hospital requesting consultant. Please speak to the Practice manager, who will assist you. Thank you
