    Well organised, not a long wait, helpful and courteous staff. Very straightforward. This is my local GP practice and I have had cause to use it a lot over the past few years. My experience has always been positive. The staff are always helpful, friendly and cooperative.

    Received invite for annual flu jab via email/message. Included a date and a timeslot. My date was a Saturday, mid morning and despite it being quite busy the process was efficient, quick and painless. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

    It seems when booking appointments, you can only make appointments for the day you're calling on. How rediculous? Not only do you have to go through the tedium of waiting on hold, if you can't get an appointment at a convenient time, you have to go through it all the following day. I dread to think how many people have ailments that go untreated because of this rediculous policy. There is the argument you can use the online services to book appointments; well, half the time that system doesn't work and not everyone is online. Absolutely awful service with jobsworth policies... My partner and I are taking our needs elsewhere and I recommend anyone else does the same.

    I was allotted a same day F to F appointment and was seen by a kind and compassionate doctor who took time to listen to my concerns. I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit.

    Booked a telephone consultation on line which was handled well. Blood tests were booked with a f2f appointment with GP a week later. The GP appointment was very good. I didn't feel rushed and was encouraged to discuss symptoms etc. Very pleased with how everything was handled.

    I had a smear test last week and the nurse can’t remember her first name her last name was scrace she is the loveliest nurse she made me feel so comfortable and helped me out a lot I appreciate her kind words and she was just lovely so Thankyou!…the surgery itself had cancelled 3 previous appointments for my smear test and overall the surgery isn’t great! That nurse though is a credit to that surgery

    I had a text for an appointment for tomorrow after 2 previous appointments being cancelled due to sickness by yourselves. I can’t make tomorrow and have tried every lunch time this week(as I work the same hours as your) and have not been able to get through. Today I took a loner lunch and got to number 1 in the queue after 38 minuets only to be cut off. Please can it be passed on I can not make my appointment so it can be given to someone else and I need a new one. This is not a moan just a desperate patient
