    This morning I started at 8am and got a variety of responses on the telephone ranging from "101", engaged tone, lengthy recorded message re services available to try again later / tomorrow. I've tried going to the surgery in person, and that too results in failure.

    Dear Anonymous, Sadly i cannot investigate your issue further as i do not have any contact information for you. I have spoken to the reception team and we have not received any reported issues with our phones. Monday mornings at 08:00 is extremely busy for our phone lines, but we do offer a call back system if needed. There are many ways to book online. Pl;ease visit our website for more information.     At all stages the response and instructions made complete sense. Was appreciatively surprised to get an appointment on the same day which accommodated my circumstances. I’ve been with the practice since 2008, and have felt and feel fully supported at all times. Very efficient and considerate.

    Another terrible GP service in Hastings. Long wait to get call answer for appointments. When you manage to get one you wait 40 mins to see a doctor. Another case of having to go to A&E to get seen and wait 7 hours.

    Dear Patient, Sadly due to not leaving your information i cannot contact you personally to investigate further. Unfortunately when a patient makes an appointment to see a clinician they can tned to run late due to a medical emergency or patients they may take longer needing more in depth clinical review. This can be very hard to determine and the clinicians try to run to scheduled appointment times, but this can sometimes fail.     I woke up at 3am specifically to try and book a telephone consultation with a Dr. Normally I try at 6am but the list for admin and appointments are full by then. Still could not book an appointment but did a questionnaire about my ailment which took ages and as I was half asleep probably not accurate. Still do not know if I will get to speak to someone. Have been trying on and off for 3 weeks but as I work full time it is really difficult. To book a smear I had to physically go to the surgery. It’s crazy. Apart from that they are good.

    I would like to thank the receptionists I spoke to , and the Advance Nurse Practitioner who visited my 96 year old mum following a minor fall she had at home last weekend. I went to the Reception on Monday lunchtime and the receptionist on the desk was helpful and I then had a follow up telephone call , and the ANP visited my mum the following day. She arranged for blood and urine tests and a prescription for an existing problem . All of these were completed within the next 2 days . I, and especially my mum are extremely grateful for the prompt,caring service she received.

    I was very impressed with the service I received from the pharmacist at the Station Practice Pharmacy. He helped with advice on my new medication and reassured me, he was friendly and helpful. It made me feel more confident about the next steps of my treatment and his knowledge made a real difference. My prescription was made available very quickly too and the Pharmacist helped with this as well along with advice about my NHS certificate for prescriptions. Thank you

    I called to make an appointment regarding serious mental health issues that my practice is aware of. I was 14 in the queue. When I eventually got through I was told that I had to call again in the morning to try again to get an appointment. I was very clearly distressed and told the receptionist that I had serious health issues and could I make an appointment now for tomorrow and was told no I would need to call back at 8am. I asked if I could speak to someone on the phone but was told that there was nobody available and to call back in the morning. There was no duty of care. I was not asked if I was suicidal or had or would harm myself. I was not given any advice regarding other options of getting help just to try again to get an appointment in the morning. I have no words to describe how this has worsened my condition.

    We were greeted nicely and were in and out within 10 minutes when we attended the flu vaccination clinic. A cheerful nurse and well run experience.
