    Phoned up to speak to somebody about me feeling extremely low and in a bad place. Was told to ring back on Monday as there is nothing they can do until then. It’s now Thursday and all I wanted to do is speak to my GP about what I am going through and to see if there is any help. Guess I’ll have to suffer alone. Clearly they could care less about anyone with severe mental conditions. Stay well clear of this place!!!

    I joined this GP Practice early this year based on reviews. This month, I ran out of my preventative inhaler and needed to register on Patient Access and link to the GP. Registration to the GP was quick and straightforward. Registration on Patient Access required a letter to link to the GP. I got an email response quickly, and when I phoned up to chase, the lady I spoke to was patient and polite as well as very helpful. I linked to the GP after hours yesterday with a note that I had a bad cold and had run out. To my greatest surprise, joy and relief, the inhaler was ready for pick up at the pharmacy after work today. This tells me they genuinely cared about what I was going through. This is refreshing in this day and age when GPs are getting such bad press. All my encounters with Surgery have not been face-to-face but have been very impressive. Thank you to the team in general.
