  1. Review titled Infected wound and still told to call back tomorrow….

Rated 1 star out of 5

Have recently had an operation and one of my incisions is infected and painful - tried to get an urgent appointment but told to ring back tomorrow - just got to hope it doesn’t go sceptic in the meantime. This surgery needs to be investigated before there is a serious incident!

  2. Review titled Lovely Nurse

Rated 3 stars out of 5

13.03.23 Attended today for a blood test. The nurse was early, down to earth and friendly. I didn't feel rushed or have questions fired at me. Blood tests were done very quickly and efficiently.

  3. Review titled Completely incompetent

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been registered at The Sidings for around three years now and can honestly say that this is the worst medical practice I have ever dealt with. Every single time I have an appointment scheduled, there is an issue. Today I had a phone call scheduled with the GP at 12:40 to review my medication. It is now 2:30pm and I have still received no call. This happens every time I have a telephone appointment scheduled. When you call the surgery to chase up this issue, you will be told that they ‘tried to call you but there was no answer’, even though my phone has been next to me, on loud, with full signal, since 12:00 and I have no missed calls. Physical appointments aren’t much better. My last appointment was booked completely incorrectly so I turned up in person as the letter stated, to be told it should have been a telephone appointment so I should go home and they will call me. The exact same scenario happened as it did today. If you are looking for a GP surgery in Boston, please steer clear of this place.

  4. Review titled Appointments

Rated 1 star out of 5

After years of waiting on the end of a phone to be told by receptionists that the practice has no available appointments and to ring back at 8 am the following morning, refusal has become an online event. I have finally succeeded in obtaining the necessary details to open an account with something called Evergreen. This apparently is the only means of booking an appointment with a clinician as of 2 August 2022. Obtaining the necessary details took two telephone calls with a total duration in excess of 66 minutes. The second of these calls was necessary because the practice manager failed to send what was needed the first time I called. Having finally gained access to Evergreen, I attempted to book an appointment with a clinician and found, to no great surprise, that there aren't any.
