    Disappointing that the practice did not answer my e-consult. Even when I submitted a message to say I haven’t had a response 1 week later, they still did not respond. I have since booked a face to face appointment but I’ve had to wait another two weeks.

    I was wary of phoning because I thought I wouldn't be able to get an appointment, how wrong was I, I phoned the surgery at 8am and the very helpful receptionist booked me in to see a doctor at 10am, I kept the appointment, doctor gave me a prescription which I collected at 10-30, I was home by 11am with medication, all in all a tremendous service, thank you all so much, the NHS is the best and this surgery is wonderful.

    First time I used Healthier together app. It asked far less questions than e consult what was pleasent. After subiting the information, the GP response was almost imidiate, asking for pictures. Call from the doctor followed within few hours. Speedy and efficient. Happy I used the app.

    I have always found it possible to see a GP or nurse if needs be, on the day in question by either using e consult or via the receptionists. Well done and keep it up. On the other hand I find the administration associated with this practice to be some way short of what is required so please try to improve this.

    Booked for flu jab. Despite being late for my appointment, is was greeted and directed to a desk. Logged in and given a paper, and immediately directed to to room to have my jab and sign posted to the exit. The whole excellent process was less than 5 mins. Well done on an exercise job.

    Every time i phone this surgery, whether its am or pm, it takes an eternity for anyone to answer the phone. Very frustrating and unprofessional. The last two times I've just given up!

Our reception team are working very hard, in sometimes difficult conditions to meet patients needs, but unprofessional the NHS is not. We do have alternative platforms available to our patients to contact us and these can be found on our website which may be more convenient.     I just want to say that I cannot fault the service I have had from this surgery over the last couple of days. I got a same day appointment yesterday to see a gp who was so understanding, helpful and took the time to listen to everything I had to say without making me feel rushed. Also today, I requested a phone call from my gp (via econsult) as I had some concerns about something. I got a call back very quickly and the gp took the time to discuss the matter with me and answer any questions I had. Thank you so much to all the staff at this practice.

    10 days ago I popped into the surgery to hand in a repeat prescription. I was unsure how to do it and the receptionist was really helpful, took the prescription and dealt with it. I am having issues with the pharmacy where I collect my prescritions. I came into gp practice at 15.00 on 17/08/22 to enquire about the prescription. The receptionist on duty was busy dealing with a gentleman. She was polite and organised with him and also managed the queue well. When she got to me she apologised for keeping me waiting and gave me her undivided attention. She was able to clarify the status of my current prescription and gave me advice on how to resolve my issues with the pharmacy. A great receptionist team is a valuable asset in all GP services. Thank you
