Receptionists always so helpful, All of the Drs are amazing and never had a problem getting an appointment for my children or myself. Great Drs surgery.

I am very pleased with the Doctor at the Practice. He is very caring and excellent at his job. He picked up my cancer that I didn,t know that I had. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful .We are so lucky to be at this practice.

Constantly have to chase up important cancer medication and also medication to keep blood pressure low, so mistakes and delays are a risk to my health. Excuses such as the doctor not signing the patient's prescriptions for the week are concerning. Also, for one of my first appointments, the doctor as an hour late, with no apology. I must say the nurse is lovely though and extremely thorough.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your review. All prescriptions are signed daily by the Doctors and the Doctors are normally very good with appointment timings as confirmed by the National GP patient feedback survey. As we are a small practice the reception staff are very familiar with all the patients and they cannot recollect your events. Please contact the Practice Manager to make an appointment to clarify and resolve the issue. Please note there are 3 surgery's called sheldon within a mile of each other.

The nurse really helped my partner when he need it she got the doctor to refere him to the hospital for help and spoke to him the way he understood about what wad go on

I called the surgery at 8pm on a Sunday evening to see if the voicemail provided any information about walk in centres. I was completely surprised when the Doctor picked up the phone. He didn’t hesitate to help me, he listened to my symptoms and within 30 minutes a prescription was collected from a nearby chemist. Brilliant!
