Have been in touch on two occasions my dad is 99 years old and is unable to travel he requires colostomy bags regularly but sometimes the order goes wrong it seems that the practice do not have anything to do with the delivery but the delivery says it is the medical centre in stead of trying to help him they just wipe there hand of the crisis how do they expect a 99 year old man to sought this out this occasion he is down to his last if not delivered tomorrow he will not have any as l live in Torquay he has to rely on his neighbours can’t someone sought this situation out before it comes to this

I've been at this practice for 3 years after moving to the area and always found the staff willing to go the extra mile. I received a test result from a national screening programme which was negative, the staff were unhappy with the result and requested further advice from a consultant, I have since received a hospital appointment for further investigations. I cannot praise them enough Thank you

I tried to contact the go surgery for a possible ear infection in both ears. I rang from 8am listened to the automated message to then go on to another automated message that says the phone lines are busy please call back and then it automatically hangs up ! What a stupid system , why can’t it just have a engaged tone instead of making you Sit through the long message each time , this surgery is getting worse. I’ve heard so many bad reviews on this surgery over the last few months it’s a disgrace that it’s still allowed to operate , I will be changing practices! If your thinking of registering here please AVOID

They were meant to arrange District Nurse - didn't, claimed they had each time rang. When I asked them for district nurses' number they did then finally ring them but logs showed that was first time Then refused to help 90yo get covid booster They don't bother with annual health checks and happy to have no contact for years with aged patients
