Receptionist and the Dr both were very helpful, listening and spoke well. They offered the solutions and directed in the right direction.

Always reply in decent time to any request, and attend your needs in a quick and friendly manner. Thank you for the best support always and keep this up like it is.

Worst surgery ever! I dont even know where to begin. Needed urgent blood test done on my children. After 13 cancellations and 2 times they lost the blood sample we finally got the result and the doctor wanted to repeat the test. It took us 6 months to get all the test done because apparently they only have one paediatric nurse who is off sick all the time! We complained last time and they just blamed NHS for lack of funding. We got an apology at the end. Gave them a call again last month as my child been unwell again and the doctor told us to get a immediate blood test done. We are still waiting for an appointment. I spoke to the doctor on 29th June and they already cancelled couple of appointments on the day couple of hours before the appointment. We took time of work on many occasions but they just cancel the appointment last minute. I am just so fed up of dealing with them that I havent been to GP in years. Obviously I have to take my children in when they are unwell and then I have to deal with all this. I have been really unwell and filled in a form this week where I clearly stated I am having occasional chest pain and difficulty breathing for last few weeks along with other things. Well got a call back and the doctor spoke to me about one symptoms I am not too worried about and booked in a blood test next week for it. I told her about the chest pain again and she said she will see me after the blood test and talk about this!!! I've decided to go A&E as these doctors clearly dont know what they are doing! Avoid like plague! This place is abolute chaos.
