I don’t recommend this GP practice. I booked an appointment for blood test that was on 7th December 2024 they cancelled it without any reason on 6th December 2024 by text. Next available appointment was on 7th January 2025 that I had booked again . But today they just cancelled again by text message.

We are sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had with two cancelled blood test appointments and the lack of clear reasons provided at the time. We understand how disruptive and inconvenient this must have been, especially with the subsequent wait for new appointments. We wish your experience had been much better. Please be assured that we have been working on improving our appointment systems and how we communicate changes to our patients to prevent such issues from happening. It was easy to make the appointment on the nhs app. When I came in I was seen very quickly. All the staff are very friendly and this is a very good Gp.

Friendly approach from staff. Explained what was going to happen in my appointment and they are always happy to help. the healthcare assistant was really helpful.

Good first contact with the Physio assessor. He asked questions about my problem to narrow down the cause. manipulated my shoulder a little bit which eased the pain and advised me about some exercises to do for the next six weeks and to told next steps if they don't work.

Booked through online access which was really convenient for me. Saw the doctor who was really professional and thorough and showed he was actively listening and was patient when discussing my symptoms. All round great experience at the practice
