    I phoned the GP when I realised my young son had an infection at 15:59 and had a phone call to discuss from a GP at 16:20. I certainly did not expect such a quick response but I was very grateful. The GP quickly and efficiently dealt with the problem and arranged for a prescription to be sent to a local pharmacy, while ensuring that I knew how to get in touch if things changed or got worse. The care at the surgery from the whole team is excellent.

    Fantastic prompt service from the GP with regards to an urgent issue with my children, very understanding and helpful as are the other doctors and nurses there. Polite and helpful reception staff.
