I saw a nurse here today and she was lovely. Really made me feel comfortable and confident through the way she spoke to me, especially as I was very nervous. Efficient and effective help was provided.

Everyone is friendly here and they don't rush you - the nurse practitioner was very attentive with my health concerns and even got me booked in to get my bloods done on the day so I didn't have to do another trip. And the lady who did my blood test was very good - no prodding or hurting me, she was so quick too. Just simply lovely people here - even the ladies at the reception desk. So glad this is my doctors surgery.

I personally requested to see this member of staff because she makes the entire appointment feel very comfortable. The practice is so lucky to have her and it will be a shame when she goes on leave, I really do hope she returns as she’s one of the best at what she does. Thank you so much for being so informative, kind and patient at every appointment!

I had a great experience with this GP. They were attentive, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend their care.

I have never had a bad experience at the Quays Practice (Salford). The doctors and nurses have been brilliant. Today I went regarding a problem with my nose, and the nurse practitioner was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. I received my prescription straight away and would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family

I was very nervous about attending my appointment today but the clinician who consulted me put my mind at ease instantly. She went over and above to help and you can tell she really cares about her patients. It was very easy to get appointments in general at this practice and I've met lovely clinicians and receptionists every time I've been in. Thank you guys

Cannot fault the service that I received at this practice. I was seen by an advanced nurse practitioner who was kind, caring, empathetic and really actively listened to my concerns. Everything that I discussed was taken on board and a plan made to address all issues. I felt I was treated with respect by a knowledgeable practitioner which made me feel at ease and confident in the service that I received. Overall a very professional and thorough practice that I could not fault.

After being dismissed and not being examined for an issue after I was asked to come in for a face to face appointment. I saw a Doctor and she couldn’t get me out quick enough. No examination, what I suggest it could be she said it wasn’t. I asked for another appointment with someone else as I wasn’t happy. I came for a 2nd appointment with the nurse practitioner, it turns out it is what I thought the diagnosis was, she couldn’t have been more patient or helpful. It's now being treated. I hope that doctor doesn’t do this with all of her patients, as something serious could be missed with another patient.
