    I am sick and tired of Pinn medical centre, repeated medication policy is three days, most time it takes 7 to 8 days for no reason at all. The medication is not prescribed by any so called doctors in Pinn medical centre. They were prescribed by my consultants. Why it takes longer that 3 working days to be signed by a Dr i don't know. Every time I raised this subject with them I hear " Sorry it should not happened" it still hapening.

    I found the doctor very helpful when we get there but I had trouble booking the appointment on the Patches system at it was all booked for several days till I finally wrote to admin.

    clearly explained about my disease and gave the necessary advice. Even though the wait time was a bit long I was still given the care I needed. Great staff!

    Patchs is a very useful tool for booking appointments, when you get through on to the portal. The doctors are always very good and helpful within the surgery, I’ve not had a bad experience. My most recent appointment was given on the day, they tried to call me and sent a text to notify me of the appointment. I was working so missed it and was late, I called the receptionist and told them I was in my way. I was told if the doctor was still free they may see me. Luckily for me, the doctor was still available so I managed to get seen. I was very grateful.

    I just wanted to say well done to the efficient reception staff! I came in today there was a huge queue, they worked through the people politely and supportively. People were helped with their queries and concerns. Just wanted to say well done!

    I worked for the NHS for decades, still do. My day starts at 8.30am. Each time I visit the surgery, I'm told by the receptionist to call next day from 8am. I'm travelling to work at 8am. Is the appointment system designed to exclude the working individuals? Could someone from the Pinn medical advise please, how can I secure appointment with a GP?

    Visited GP 3 times in April with severe cough, unable to get breath, called ambulance in the night was so bad. Feeling generally lousy. Brought along a sputum sample - but told not necessary, just tell me the colour. With hindsight and listening to experiences of others it seems I had whooping cough. As I understand this is a notifiable disease, but was not mentioned that I could have it, and at the very least should avoid contact with babies and pregnant women. Appalled by a total indifference to this communicable disease.

    My wife and I had another COVID vaccination.The team were very efficient and welcoming explaining the procedure when we arrived. The doctor was pleasant and quick, well organised and caring In and out in 5 minutes!!!
