The Doctors and team are so thoughtful, they really put your well being and Health at the top of their priority. The surgery is well equipped and been modelled to the highest standards. Some patients are so inconsiderate, A woman patient came in to the surgery with her bike across the nice floor left marks knowing you are not to bring bikes or pushchairs in they have a separate shed for this. She was asked to take the bike out politely, she just ignored him. The doctor was so upset he got the bucket and washed the floor once she finally went. So please anyone respect the good things people do including lovely places like this practice.

I called this morning and did not have to wait long before I spoke to someone. They listened to my request and told me someone would call me back later to arrange an appointment. They did and I was given a face to face appointment later that afternoon. The doctor spent time listening to my concerns and I left reassured. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Held in a telephone queue for 1 hour and 20 minutes only to be told by the receptionist that I must call back 3 days later to book an appointment.ent as they had no slots left. Receptionist acting as if she was the clinician, stating that my issue was non urgent, very dismissive and uncaring. Would not recommend this surgery .

I registered to the GP on 21 st of December that I moved from another place. I got my registration reference number but they delaying the registration acceptance.i got an injury and I need a sickness certificate from GP, my ANE doctor send them all details but after when they accept only the registration is completed. This delay make me too much trouble for my sick off and I didn’t get payed. I contact the gp several time but theirs response was so bad, so irresponsible behaviour from the staff.so disappointed. Still they didn’t accept my registration.

I attended the surgery for support with my pregnancy and maternity leave. The staff were very understanding with this and took the time to listen to me and help me with care and efficiency. The GP’s, nurses and receptionists have also been very helpful with the treatment of my young child recently. Thank you.

I’m a kidney transplant patient and every time I call the surgery with UTI symptoms, they always action my concerns efficiently and with care.Also, the reception team are very helpful, informative, patient and professional.

Had multiple appointments after a long period out the country. I was seen for everything urgent within 2 days and non urgent within 10 days. Very pleased and reception staff have been wonderful.

I have suffered with high blood pressure and Endometriosis and other medical issues but the Dr's here have made my life better with quick referral where necessary especially when I had constant tonsilitis I got an urgent referral and had surgery done i cannot be more thankful for their attention to detail and care
