Smear tests for women are not very pleasant but this one was done expertly, painlessly and swiftly...all a plus on a busy work day

Seen by nurse, she took time to explain the reason for the appointment. Explained what will be checked, bp, weight, height etc. Was very person centred and listened to me. Arranged routine blood test papers. Very satisfied!!

Pleasant visit to meet the nurse for a shingles vaccination. Kind, considerate and reassuring providing information of use and plans for follow up visit. A good experience on thus occasion.

The nurse was extreamly reassuring and put me at ease when having the injection. The speed in which medical sick notes are issued needs addressing. If one is not going to be issued, the patient needs to be informed of this in time so they can return to work and do not have to take unpaid leave at this very challenging time due to the delay in them being issued

The doctor I saw today DR lovely towards my son, compared to others I’ve seen in the past who have been very blunt and showed my son no attention to make him feel comfortable. However DR did the complete opposite and left the appointment feeling reassured and happy Thank you again.

The reception staff were lovely and helpful with information. The doctor was informative in regards to my new medicine prescription and the possible side effects. Good care in all aspects.

I became aware of a medical problem on Tuesday, sent an email to my surgery, received a telephone call the very next day to arrange an appointment for the Thursday, less than two days after sending the email. I am absolutely staggered at the speed of this service, when I hear complaints at people “on waiting lists”. This is an amazingly quick service, well done Penrhyn Surgery, and thanks.
