    Thankfully , t’s been a very long time since I’ve visited the surgery . I wasn’t aware of the new online booking service but after calling the practice and having it explained to me I was able to get an appointment within days . I was seen by a very nice new (to me) doctor who was very friendly and helpful . The health query I had was dealt with well by himself and also by his colleague whom he called in to confirm his diagnosis . Both were very reassuring and I left the surgery with peace of mind and a prescription to treat my ailment . Great service , highly recommended.

    All doctors, receptionist's and staff are helpful kind and very understanding. Lots of changes with the way we can get help, appointments etc have worked well for us both. We were worried about technology but there is always help if you ring in. Thank you to you all

    Reception staff insist on knowing everything about your condition before they can give you an appointment. The problem is ,that if its not necessary to actually see the GP this information is Not passed on to a medical professional and Nothing is done about it. Therefore the whole process has to start again next day. Rinse and repeat. If you're going to give reception staff powers of clinical judgement at least make sure they communicate and act on each patient's request as this is simply Not Happening

    I called to make an appointment at 0800 and was placed in a queue ,the message was you have been registered and we will call you back, callback received at 0835 and appointment made for 1100 Appointment was at precisely 1100. Excellent service for a change.
