I came here in August to inform my gp of my pregnancy. I was told to inform reception and leave my details for a midwife to contact me. It's been 3 weeks and I am still waiting. My Dad made a phone call app for himself and waited the whole evening for it. However, no one rang and he had to make a new app again.

Dear Patient Thank you for your review, we are sorry if the midwife has not contacted as we give the midwife details and she then contacts the patients. In the past month I have had two GP visits, one contact with a practice nurse and another with a specialist practitioner. The support is greatly improved since the last time I visited. I was given help, clear information and I felt that my voice was heard to address my concerns. Reception services were also more helpful, and the surgery environment felt less stressful. I would now be really happy to recommend this practice.

Two nurses on separate occasions mentioned to me something that I knew nothing about. It was good to know that this pro-active style is beneficial to me and to other patients too.

I attended the gp practice this morning. Although I had to wait a good while; on seeing the gp and explaining the reason for my visit, the gp was very attentive, courteous and professional. The gp listened and asked pertinent questions regarding my treatment and diagnosis. I found the gp to be very thorough. In addition to the treatment I received the gp also made other recommendations relative to my maintaining good health.

I had booked an appointment with mental health specialist, each time I have tried calling back to confirm or book face to face the call is disconnected This is very distressing to someone with anxiety
