I suffer with anxiety and depression and have been struggling to wake up at 8am to call for an appointment. The practice manager spoke to me calmly and was very understanding. Explained to me about online appointments and how I can book my own appointments online. He also said that they're trying their best given the current circumstances and they have more doctors joining soon which should open up more appointments in the near future

A face to face appointment, new doctor. Extremely thorough & reassuring. She certainly took time with me & I had checks that I've not had for years.

I was unwell so I asked to change an appointment for a couple of weeks later but was told I would have to go back on the waiting list, on which I had been for a long while already. I was told I couldn't be rebooked for that month, which was fine as I was suggesting a couple of weeks, so the next month would be fine. I was told can't rebook because the schedule was not available and they would call me back. I was not called back so I phoned again the following week. A different person spoke with me, helpful, understanding and rebooked. Sorted now but being originally told to go back on the waiting list was unhelpful.
