Arrived, door was locked so I rang the bell - no answer. I cannot hear if the bell is working tried again while looking through the window, no reaction from the receptionist sat there. At this point i looked to see if there was any signs to say they were closed for lunch maybe ( it's 13.20) Knocked on the door. Still no acknowledgement. Tried the bell once more, The receptionist got up flung the door open and shouted agresivly "we're closed" "keep ringing, makes no difference, "we are closed" shocked I pointed out there nothing on the door or windows to tell me that , apart from opening times which do not say closed for lunch. She then prompted shut the door on me. An acknowledgement on my first ring and simply saying we are closed for lunch ,and maybe what time until would have been more than enough for me to leave and return. But now I feel wound up and aggrieved and somewhat scared/reluctant to call back for the form I was told to pick earlier on the phone.... by one of the recptionists I might add.

In times where there are mostly complaints I want to say a big thank you to the fantastic doctors at THe Cole House. They have acted professionally and fast and been caring and compassionate with my husband and listened to his symptoms and referred him quickly. Thank you all for the amazing treatment. Much appreciated

Reception staff listen well and are caring and helpful. The medical support is thorough, it feels as if you do matter as a patient. They always follow through as promised. Outstanding patient focus, thank you!

This practice consistently provides outstanding care, support and treatment. They excel at patient centred care, they are responsive and always follow through.
